1. When possible we will answer your email during business hours and address your questions promptly and professionally.  You will not have to manuever an endless maze of service representatives and auto responders. What a concept! 

2. The person you communicate with in Customer Service is actually in the United States! If we don't know the answer to your question, we tell you, then figure out who does. 

3. We know and support the products we sell. If you see something on our site that isn't clear or is in some way confusing, point it out. We are open to suggestions and work to improve our customers' experience whenever possible. 

4. We will do our very best to help you quickly address shipping and manufacturer related problems with defective or damaged items or parts. 

5. If we have promised to e-mail or call you regarding an issue, you will actually hear back from us as soon as we have information—not some time next year or never. 

6. We do not make promises that we cannot keep or mislead our customers just to temporarily fix a problem.

File a Claim
To file a claim for damaged or missing parts, or product exchange, please fill out the Customer Service Request and select "RMA Claim" from the type of request field. Photos of any damage are required and should be emailed to service@cheapbeachbikes.com once the RMA Claim form has been submitted.
